Networking company Gemini Communication today reported a 63.45 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 10.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009, over the same period last year.     

The company had a net profit of Rs 27.47 crore in the same year ended March 2008, Gemini Communication said in a filing to the BSE.

Shares of Gemini Communication were trading at Rs 17.25 on the BSE, down 7.51 per cent from the previous days' close.
