| GlobalLogic Expands Presence in India | | Reaches Agreement with Movius Interactive Corporation |

GlobalLogic, a global leader in software product development, announced that it has signed a master service agreement with Movius Interactive Corporation, a leading provider of messaging, collaboration and interactive mobile media solutions.
As part of this agreement, GlobalLogic has acquired the company’s captive development center in Bangalore, India. Through this relationship, Movius will be able to accelerate product innovation and shorten time to market by leveraging GlobalLogic’s product development expertise, Velocity Platform and distributed agile method.
