| Speaking at the launch chairman and the CEO Bikram Dasgupta said the programme would be one of its kind and it would be open to college graduates and corporate.

| The company was looking at huge numbers to enroll for the programme which aimed at developing behavioural skills. “This programme can generate as much as Rs 12-15 crore for the company,” Dasgupta said.

| Globsyn is looking at selling licensed version of CP. The cost may vary between Rs 1250-2500 depending upon the volume. It has tied up with one engineering college so far and negotiations are on with few more.

| Dasgupta said the company would be tying up with corporate and engineering colleges instead of going to students on their own.

| The market for this programme will be all undergraduate engineering colleges in India, campus recruits into software companies within the country, entry level recruits for FMCG, sales and distribution of financial products.

| CP will also cater to the existing pool of working professionals in multiple layers of the corporate world, especially the finishing aspects of cross functional managers in multiple layers.

| The company has built a big research back up for the CP programme which is part of three tier development process for the company.

| The back office and knowledge infrastructure comprise a research and development team, a panel of experts, train the trainer programme, syndicate global exchanges, language set up, exclusive library and growth labs.
