Globus Spirits Ltd will enter the capital market with an IPO to fund capacity expansion of distilleries soon. 

The company spokesman Ajay Swarup told reporters here today that the company would issue 75 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each with the price band fixed between Rs 90 and Rs 100.

The shares would be listed on the NSE and BSE.
