Gold futures prices traded lower by 0.27 per cent today on reduced offtake at existing higher levels.

At the MCX, gold for December contract fell by 0.27 per cent to Rs 15,999 per ten gram with an open interest in 13,883 lots.Similarly, gold for delivery in February contract lost 0.23 per cent at Rs 16,007 per gram with an open interest in 1,619 lots.
