Gujarat NRE Coke, a leading coking coal producer, today said its net profit declined by 96.14 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, over the same period last year.     

The company had a net profit of Rs 94.40 crore in the same quarter ended June 2008, coking coal producer said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of Gujarat NRE Coke were trading at Rs 46.10 on the BSE, up 1.10 per cent from previous close.
