The Gujarat NRE Coke scrip surged 7.19 per cent to Rs 67.85 on fund raising plan. The Board has decided to issue Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds for an amount up to $ 60 million (around Rs 300 crore) and issue of 25 million Convertible Warrants to Promoters.
The board would need to seek the approval of shareholders before the issue. The stock made an intraday high of Rs 69 and low of Rs 61 with trading volumes of 44 lakh shares. The stock gained 30 per cent in the last one month.
