The board of directors of McDowell Holdings Ltd has reappointed A Harish Bhat as the managing director without remuneration for a period of three years.

The appointment comes into effect from November 6, 2009, subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the company informed BSE today.
