Tension prevailed at the Uttar Pradesh-Haryana border here when the Haryana government stopped truck arrival from the neighbouring state, which led to hundreds of trucks getting struck at Bidoli, Kakrana areas. City SDM Sant Kumar admitted that several trucks were lined up at the border as Haryana refused their entry.

The paddy was being taken to be sold at mandis in Haryana to benefit from the procuring price announced by the state government.
