Haryana Governor Jagannath Pahadia has said the state government would launch a State Cooperative Bank’s Loan and Interest Waiver Scheme for the landless labourers, rural artisans and small shopkeepers, set up a State Farmers’ Commission, and offer full fee concession to women studying in government polytechnics and ITIs. He was addressing the first session of the newly constituted Haryana Legislative Assembly.
