HCL Technologies today said it has alloted 5,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 500 crore.     

The company has allotted 5,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures totalling Rs 500 crore, HCL Technologies said in a filing to the BSE.
