Indiabulls Financial Services today said its consolidated net profit for the third quarter ended December 31 declined nearly 58 per cent at Rs 68.06 crore over the corresponding period a year ago.

The domestic financial services firm had a consolidated net profit of Rs 161.96 crore in the third quarter last financial year, Indiabulls Financial Services said in a filing to the BSE.
