Opposition INLD was ahead in 9 seats while ruling Congress is leading in 8 assembly constituencies, according to the trends available for 25 of the total 90 seats.

BJP, which severed ties with the INLD ahead of the polls, is ahead in one seat, while Shiromani Akali Dal, Haryana Janhit Congress and Bhaujan Samaj Party were leading in one seat each.

Om Parkash Chautala-led INLD was ahead in Thanesar, Yamunanagar, Rania, Punhana, Pataudi Reserve, Panipat Rural, Mullana Reserve, Ladwa and Bawal.

Finance Minister Birendra Singh was leading over INLD Chief Chautala in Uchana Kalan while state unit Congress President Phool Chand Mullana is trailing behind Rajbir Singh Barara of INLD.

INLD state President Ashok Kumar Arora was leading over Ramesh Gupta of Congress from Thanesar.
