| Integreon wins Frost & Sullivan award for Excellence | | Named Top Knowledge Process Outsourcing Firm |

Integreon, the global leader of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), announced today that it has received the 2009 Frost & Sullivan Award for “Excellence in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)”. The award recognizes Integreon for its full range of KPO services, which consist of Research KPO, Legal KPO, Document KPO, and Business Services.
Frost & Sullivan, a leading analyst firm, cited Integreon’s “strong reputation as a trusted specialist in the global knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) industry, with proven proficiency to deliver a wide range of complex knowledge-based services to corporations, financial institutions and law firms.”
Frost & Sullivan also recognized Integreon for the growth and diversity of its blue chip client base, deep vertical expertise, data security systems, service quality and client focus. Ashwin Iyer, Frost & Sullivan research analyst, notes that “Integreon has carved a unique place for itself as ‘the trusted, global KPO brand’ in the knowledge outsourcing market, distinct from non-specialized, volume-based participants, on the one hand, and small-portfolio niche specialists on the other.”
Integreon has taken sustained effort to achieve excellence in service delivery through various steps like:
