Realty gains over 4% at 3,451. Parsvnath Developers and Ansal Infrastructures zoomed 10% each to Rs 89 and Rs 59, respectively.
Unitech has surged over 8% to Rs 77. Omaxe and Orbit Corporation added 6% at Rs 95 and Rs 152, respectively.
DLF, Akruti and Ananat Raj Industies advanced 5% each to Rs 352, Rs 494 and Rs 109, respectively.
The other major gainers were Peninsula Land and Phoenix Mill.

Renewed confidence in the global environment has helped realty stocks to gain today on the BSE.
The Realty index opened with a positive gap of 27 points at 2,528 and touched a high of 2,608. The index is now up 111 points (3.5%) at 3,422. In the process, the index has gained over 13% in the past one week.
DLF has surged 5% to Rs 350. Unitech has gained 4% at Rs 74.
HDIL has, however, shed 4% at Rs 295.
Parsvnath has zoomed 8% to Rs 88. Orbitco and Akruti City have added 5% each to Rs 151 and Rs 494, respectively.
Anant Raj Industries, Phoenix Mill, Omaxe and Ansal Infrastructure are the other top gainers.
However, Indiabulls Real Estate dropped 2% to Rs 205.
