The fire at the IOC fuel depot here raged for the fourth day on Sunday, spreading to the roof of a nearby private building, even as the flames died down in eight of the 11 storage tanks from where two more bodies were recovered, pushing the toll in the devastating blaze to 10.
The flames in eight of the eleven tanks had died down, Jaipur collector Kuldeep Ranka told reporters at the site of the fire but said thick black smoke was still billowing out of them. The spate of flames is much reduced in the remaining three tankers, and it may die down by next day, he said.
