The Bombay High Court today asked the Maharashtra Government whether there was any code of conduct for Chief Minister or any other minister who is taking part in the activities of sport bodies such as BCCI.

The Court asked whether any conflict of interest arises if a minister holds a post in a sports organisation. The Court also asked the government to clarify whether it has decided to levy entertainment tax on IPL tournament.
