Steel major Ispat Industries today said its promoters have pledged 29.98 stake of the company for an undisclosed amount.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said 17 promoters have pledged 29.98 per cent stake of the company comprising 36.65 crore shares.

Further, the 12 promoters have pledged over 10.46 per cent stake of the company, while two of the promoters have pledged their all shares representing negligible percentage in the company, it added.
