Jaiprakash Power Ventures today said its $200 million (over Rs 925 crore) foreign currency convertible bonds issue, that closed last week, has been fully subscribed.

"The FCCB issue of 200 million dollars, having been fully subscribed, has been closed on February 12, (it) being the closing date," the power producer said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
