Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate today reported a 18.25 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 26.69 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009.     

The company had a net profit of Rs 32.65 crore last year, Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board of directors of the company has proposed a dividend of Rs 0.20 a piece for the year ended March 31, 2009.     

Shares of Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate were trading at Rs 437.05, down 4.99 per cent on the BSE.
