Jayshree Chemicals Ltd today said its promoter group company Orbit Udyog Pvt Ltd has sold 10,000 equity shares of the company.

The shareholding of Orbit Udyog has come down to 1.82 per cent after the sale of shares from 2 per cent earlier, the company said.
