The stock slipped to a low of Rs 306. Thereafter, it surged 9% from there to a high of Rs 334. It finally ended flat at Rs 317. Over 5.51 million shares were traded on the NSE today.

Jet Airways has soared 4% today owing to fresh buying in the markets.

The company underperformed  during the employee strike even though it did not lose much. However ever since the union called off their strike, the company has reached a settlement and the stock has zoomed 20%. The company inorder to woo its customers then announced a 50% discount on fares for three days starting 16th -18th September.

The scrip is now trading at Rs 328, up 4% from the previous close. The counter has witnessed trades of 3 million shares at the NSE .
