The markets yesterday rallied smartly aided by short-covering owing to the futures & options expiry for the July series.

Today, the Sensex is likely to face considerable resistance around 15,520, above which the index is likely to spurt to 15,600. On the downside, the index is likely to find support around 15,255-15,175.

In the process, both the indices are likely to end July on a positive note. While Sensex was at 14,494 at June-end, Nifty was at 4,291.
