Seeking support for her mother and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi today said that a leader is a servant of the people and by serving them, the leader does not do any favour.
"You get an opportunity at the time of elections. This is your power...The leader is your servant and does not do any favour by working for you," Gandhi said here in an election meeting.
Asking the people to realise the power of their votes, she said no one can become a leader or get into the government without the support of the people.
"By your support, development and change take place," she said, adding it was important to understand it during the polls.
Priyanka also referred to the work done by the UPA government for the farmers like loan waiver and the NREGA which ensures 100 days of employment.
"Any government would come and go, but your right of 100 days of employment will remain there," she added.
How Priyanka start hammering her mother by saying the truth? Priyankajii only your father (Rajiv Ji) is beautiful and eminant person but rest of congress politicians are mearely lazy and self oriented taking shade under your family.
Hahaha...These politician are brutally screwing the people....when there is election time...they become servant..and when election passed away..they start humiliating people....people should understand these tricks...i urge people...dont see that who is the bigger party...just take ur own decision..ur own common sense...and think among these clever politicians..who can serve u better...either ur candidate is on losing side...but give ur vote only to those..which u think is approachable to you...nahi to wahi hoga jo ho raha hai...jaise maine aur meri tarah pata nahi kitne logon ne apni naukri se haath dhoya...humein pareshaan karne waale ye neta aaram se aish karte hain...par dont realize how do we suffer...hamari family..or hamare upar dependent log kaise jeete hai...inhe nahi pata..but aap logon ko pata hai..so dont misuse ur vote..please
