Lions Club of Bhubaneswar Lotus on Saturday organised a seminar on 'Women Empowerment'. Vandana Jena, principal secretary, mass education of Orissa government was the chief speaker. Jena said that the urban educated mass had empowered their women and women from the lower strata of the society remained disempowered.
