| Lodha Group’s luxury project Chateau Paradis wins top honours |

Lodha Developers, Mumbai’s premier real estate developer, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Luxury Project of the Year Award’ by Realty Plus Excellence Awards for demonstrating distinction in delivering the highest standards of luxury to home buyers’.
The group’s residential project Chateau Paradis on Worli Seaface was awarded this recognition following a stringent multi-tiered selection process at pan-India level. The award was presented at the the Realty Plus Conclave 2010 on April 23, 2010, at Durbar Hall, Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi.
The annual awards recognize individuals, organisations and projects that have ‘created and delivered new benchmarks for excellence in the Indian real estate industry.’
The awards are given across various categories, including Developer of the Year Awards (Residential, Commercial and Retail), Architect of the Year Awards (Residential and Commercial), Regional Developer of the Year Awards (North, East, West, South), and select achievement Awards and category awards.
The jury constituted a 14-member team comprising industry experts from consultancy, development, architecture, finance, cchartered surveyors and also environmentalists. The leading stalwarts including Mr. Anoop Pabby, Joint Managing Director, Deutsche Post Bank (India), Mr. Anurag Mathur – Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield (India), Mr. Firdose Vandrevala , Chairman and Managing Director, HIRCO, Dr. P. C. Jain, Chairman, Indian Green Building Council, Dr. P.S.N. Rao, Chairman, NARI & Head – Department of Housing, School of Planning and Architecture, Dr. P. S. Rana, Chairman, Indian Infrastructure & Urban Development Company & former Chairman, HUDCO, Mr. Sachin Sandhir, Managing Director, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors among others.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Abhisheck Lodha, Managing Director, Lodha Group, said, “I am honored to receive this award.
