Through this partnership, customers of Mahindra FirstChoice will be able to get their vehicles serviced at any of the 1,400 service network of MyTVS across the country, he said.

Dubey said service under the warranty programme would be applicable for certified cars for one year or 15,000 kms whichever comes earlier.

MyTVS Group Joint Managing Director R Dinesh said, "we are proud to be associated with Mahindra FirstChoice Wheels which is known for its customer focused approach and stringent quality standards."

He said in an emergency situation when a car breaks down, the customer needs to call on toll free helpline number "1800 266 6006" and MyTVS would arrange for an authorised service provider to reach the spot and attend to the problem.

Mahindra FirstChoice CEO Shubhabrata Saha termed the partnership as 'interesting'.
