Victory of the Trinamool Congress -Congress alliance in Siliguri municipal polls has given a fresh ammo to Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee who now says that the Left Front government in West Bengal has lost the moral right to stay in power. "It is shameful that the CPI(M)-led Left Front still clings to power in the state even after tasting a series of defeats in the Lok Sabha, Assembly bypolls, municipalilty, panchayat and many other elections. Today, the Siliguri voters drove the last nail in the coffin of Left Front," Banerjee told a local channel.
