The Sensex is now trading 80 points higher to 9797.

The Nifty is up 16 points at 2996.

Satyam has gained further and is not up 7.75% higher at Rs 173. Jaiprakash Associates has gained 4.9% to Rs 88, Tata Motors and M&M have gained over 3.5% each to Rs 162 and Rs 280 respectively. RCom and Tata Steel are also up 3% each.

ONGC has lost 0.7% to Rs 666, Infosys has lost 0.6% to Rs 1,118 and Sterlite is down 0,55% to Rs 263.60. Hindustan Unilever, Wipro and TCS are the other Sensex losers.
