Engineering major, McNally Bharat Engineering today said it will acquire KHD Humboldt Wedag Internationals' world-wide coal and minerals business and its manufacturing facility in Cologne, Germany for an undisclosed amount.

McNally's Singapore based subsidiary, MBE Holdings Pvt Ltd, has entered into a share purchase agreement with KHD Humboldt Wedag International in this regard, McNally Bharat Engineering said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company however has not disclosed the financial details of the deal.

Shares of McNally Bharat Engineering were trading at Rs 167.75 on the BSE, up 3.26 per cent from previous close.
