A survey of 900 recruiters across the country, conducted by Naukri.com, has indicated a change in sentiment over the past six months. Around 44 per cent recruiters across India predict addition of new jobs, while 37.5 per cent expect replacement hiring this year. A similar survey in December 2008 had revealed that only 38 per cent recruiters anticipated new jobs during the year.
