| Murudeshwar Ceramics promoters pledge 20% with banks |

Murudeshwar Ceramics today said five promoters have pledged in total 20.08 per cent stake of the company with different banks.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that five of its promoters have pledged in total 35.15 lakh shares, representing 20.08 per cent stake, in the company with different banks.
The R N Shetty Family Trust has pledged 22.78 lakh shares, representing 13.02 per cent stake, in the company with the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), while RNS Infrastructure has pledged over 4.12 lakh shares, representing 2.35 per cent stake, in the company with the Development Credit Bank, the filing added.
Further, Satish R Shetty, Sunil R Shetty and Navin R Shetty have pledged in total 8.25 lakh shares with Dhanlakshmi Bank, representing 4.71 per cent stake, the filing added.
Shares of Murudeshwar Ceramics were trading at Rs 17.90, up 2.29 per cent on the BSE.
