Nestle bagged the product innovation award and the package innovation award, in the dairy category at the Tetra Pak’s annual dairy and beverage industry awards 2003 that were announced here yesterday. Parle Agro bagged the package design and the retail availability award.
Dabur Foods was awarded the highest sales growth award in the beverage category at the national dairy and beverage seminar which concluded here today.
The three-day meet was the sixth national meet to be hosted by Tetra Pak India in association with the Aseptic Food Processing and Packaging Industry Association (AFPPA).
Henrik Hauggaard, the managing director of Tetra Pak India, said that during the past three days various presentations and panel discussions were held to highlight business opportunities in the dairy and beverage industry.
Over 100 top dignitaries from the dairy and beverage industry participated in the seminar, he said.
