Magna Seating, a constituent of the global auto parts supplier Magna International, and Krishna Group have entered into a 50:50 joint venture agreement to manufacture seating systems for automobile manufacturers based in Pune.

The new company called MSKH Seating Systems will have manufacturing facilities in Chakkan, Pune and will commence operations in a year's time.
