Union Bank of India has appointed three new directors on its board.

They are S Ravi, a chartered accountant, Arun K Nanda, executive director and president (infrastructure development sector), Mahindra and Mahindra and M S Sriram, professor and chairperson, finance and accounting, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
