Steel manufacturer, Uttam Galva Steels today said it has appointed Swarna Prabha Sukumar as a Nominee Director in place of S R Krishnaswamy with effect from September 22.     

The company has appointed Sukumar as per communication received from Life Insurance Corporation of India, Uttam Galva Steels said in a filing to BSE.
