Oswal Group firm-Vardhman Polytex today said its shareholders have approved the issue of 2.5 million convertible warrants on preferential basis.     

The shareholders have also approved the appointment of Adish Oswal as the director of the company and Abhinav Oswal as the manager (Textile Business), the filing added.
