Sony India has targeted a turnover of Rs 100 crore from Kerala during this Onam season and has planned an investment of Rs 5.5 crore to consolidate its market position in the state.
The company has announced a wide range of consumer promotion offers for its products, such as combo offers, free installation and DVDs. It has introduced the home theatre combo offer which offers discount up to Rs 4,000 on combined purchase of any Bravia LCD TV and select home theatre systems. The scheme also offers free HDMI cable and installation service along with the purchase of home theatre system.
On a purchase of Sony Blu-ray disc player, customers get two Blu-ray titles of Michael Jackson’s 'This is It' and 'The Last Legion' for free. Sony has extended its Cyber-shot camera category with the introduction of the ultra compact S, W and H series with innovative sweep panorama feature. On offer are 22 models of Cyber-shot cameras starting at a special Onam price of Rs 5,990 and avail of the offer of a bundled 4GB memory card and a free carrying case.
