The stock has finally settled with a loss of 3% at Rs 86. Around 27,000 shares changed hands at the counter on the BSE today.

Piramal Life Sciences slips 2% on reporting a poor Q3 result.

The stock opened at Rs 88 and slipped to a low of Rs 86. The scrip is now trading at Rs 87, down 2% from its previous close. The counter has clocked volumes of 2,315 shares on the BSE.

The company declared that its net loss widened to Rs 36.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 as compared to Rs 25.91 crore in the same period a year ago.
