Casual dining chain Pizza Hut today announced that it has roped in Bollywood star Lara Dutta to promote its newly-launched 'Cheesy Bites' range.

The campaign will include all marketing initiatives, including a television commercial (TVC) featuring Dutta, Pizza Hut India said in a statement.

"Cheesy Bites is a fun pizza and we wanted a fun campaign to promote it in India. Internationally the advertisement has been a big hit so we decided to give it a 'desi twist' with Lara," Yum! Restaurants India — Pizza Hut Director (Marketing) Anup Jain said.

Pizza Hut currently operates 147 restaurants across India.
