| Pradhan panel report not shown to Governor: Kadam |

The report of the Ram Pradhan panel which went into the 26/11 terror attacks was not even shown to Governor S C Jamir, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Ramdas Kadam said here today.
The two-member committee, headed by former Union Home Secretary Ram Pradhan, in its report had said there was "lack of coordinated and visible control" in the police force. However, the Maharashtra government rejected the findings and did not table the report in the state legislature.
"We met the Governor over various issues, including the demand for making the Pradhan panel report public and he told us that even he was yet to see the report," Kadam told reporters after meeting the Governor at Raj Bhawan.
"So many people were killed by Pakistani terrorists and we lost brave police officers. People have a right to know what is there in the Pradhan panel report," Kadam said.
Kadam's statement comes in the wake of BJP general secretary Gopinath Munde demanding that the report be made public so that "follies" of the State Government are exposed.
"Why is the Government hiding the probe panel report? This is because there is something incriminating against it in the report," Munde, member of Lok Sabha, had said yesterday.
Kadam, who was leading a delegation of Sena-BJP leaders, met the Governor demanding revocation of the suspension of their three Legislative Council members.
The three MLCs were suspended on June 16, the last day of the budget session, for creating ruckus and disrupting proceedings of the House over the Pradhan Committee report.
