| I am working as hindi master25.10.2001.I have taken 8-16 ACP in C & V Cadre. I opted 4-9-14 w.e.f. jan/2006.The Department gave me 4 year step up. I have worked as hindi teacher w.e.f. from 1-4-1985 to 24-10-2001. No increment of promotion had given by the department during this time interval. please clear the issue that the step up given to me is 4 year or 14 year? |

| Due to ACP scheme 4-9-14, my juniors granted scale more then me. My self and my juniors appointing in irrigation deptt. Punjab as Draftsman . In 1986 last pay commission both of us granted a scale 5800-9200. After 8 yrs we gained a 8 yr proficiency step up and fixed in the grade of 6400-10640. After 16yr we gained only only one increment without any grade step up.
After 21 yr in 2001 my self promoted to head draftsman and fixed / protected in a grade of 6400-10640.
After that Punjab govt announces a ACP scheme 4-9-14, we both opted that schme. My self give me one higher scale qualifying 4 yr service in a cadre of HDM.i.e is 7000-9200.
My juniors give them two higher scale i.e 7000-10980 and 7220-11320 . and fixed in the higher scale to me.
This is purely un justified to me , kindly clear it me , how I fixed above or minium equal to my juniors and oblige. |

| pb govt done the shameful job for its ancient pathy i.e, ayurvedic and pb govt not concider them as doctors,i think it is very shamefull ofor pb govt.pay commission says that they have given scales to halth deppt more then centre but ayu doctors getting less then staff nurses.shamefull pay commssion and pb.govr. |

I have availed 4/9/14 on 1-11-06 and fixed after 9 Year ACP in Scale 9200-13900 (basic 10980/-) and after 14 Years ACP on 1-11-06 in scale 9750-14700(Basic 11320/-). Kindly guide me for Option & let me the new fixation & how.

on 1.1.06 I was working in scale 7880-11660 after taking 8 year step up.and my basic is 10300/-& got increment in 8/06 and basic is 10640/- I have availed 4/9/14 on 1-11-06 and fixed after 9 Year ACP in Scale 9200-13900 (basic 10980/-) and after 14 Years ACP on 1-11-06 in scale 9750-14700(Basic 11320/-). Kindly guide me for Option & let me the new fixation & how.

| my basic pay as on 1.1.2006 is 10025 , my date of joining is 11.05.1987, i got no any promotion from my date of joining, i was in the scale of 5800-9200 and under 4-9-14 currently i was placed in the scale 7220-10980.I Want to know my gross emoluments as on 1.1.2006 , it is also stated that i am getting house rent allowance @ 25% |
