As per the latest reports, W.Bengal is getting more trains than any other state in India. This cannot be considered as good decesions. When we say Railway budget, its not only the number of the trains but everything that is related to Indian Railway. 1. Staff Cotters 2. Increase in Train accidents 3. Security of passengers 4. Replace the old train rather than issuing to other states 5. Introduction of new railway route 6. Try not to increase the rate for FOOD materials. If this is increased everything will increase 7. Replacement of Diesel engines with electric engines 8. Benefits for Railway staff 9. Improved in ticket counters & Information inquiry. 10. Primary facility in trains [Water, Bathroom, Cleanliness etc...] These are some of the requirement that is expected from this Budget. May I know if this is satisfied by this[budget] Govt. ..? If not, what is the big difference that she is going to promise to her voters / people ?

Price is not fixed by IRCTC leased shop. So that at the commencement contract the coffee price is Rs.7.00 now the price is Rs.12.00 and the same for all catering items. In the budget speech this was not taken into account. Price should be fixed by Railway Dept. Any increase should get prior approval.
