Drug major Ranbaxy Laboratories today entered the protein foods market with the launch of the 'Revitalite' brand.     

"Ranbaxy has entered the high quality protein supplements market, keeping in mind the growing demand for this category. Our product, Revitalite, comes at an affordable price," Ranbaxy Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Atul Sobti said here today.

Shares of Ranbaxy Laboratories were trading at Rs 284.80 on the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE), up 2.78 per cent from previous close.
