Reliance Communications President Mahesh Prasad said here, "We are evaluating proposals for diluting stake."

Declining to give further details, he said the move (proposal of selling stake) was not initiated by the company.

The 11-month-old Reliance Big TV is close to touching 2 million customers and hopes to reach the 3 million-mark in the current fiscal, Prasad said.

Reliance would invest between Rs 500 crore and Rs 600 crore in the current fiscal, he said, adding the investment would commensurate with the growth in the consumers' base.
