Steel Authority of India Ltd today said it has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for amalgamation of Bharat Refractories Ltd (BRL) with itself.

The company gets the nod to go ahead with the amalgamation, SAIL said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
