Hello Rolf There has been some governance issues in Satyam (big ones) and also some mal practise at the World Bank from Satyam side and they have been black listed by World bank. Now i saw this on HCL and Mindtree in the fray to pick up stake. Spoke to Veera and he said Ashok has sent a dis claimer and mentioned this information is false. But it is a good reading from both to follow satyam development and also see the mindtree involvement if any. regards satish rajkumar
