Mahindra Satyam, the renamed and reowned version of Satyam Computer Services, announced today its decision to reinstate the variable portion of the pay for employees across all levels.
The company had suspended this in April, after it was mired in a crisis.
This will come into effect from October and be paid by the end of the third quarter. The variable pay will comprise 10-30 per cent of the actual pay, depending on the band in which the employees are in, a company source said.
One way they are reinstating the varibale pay and other way they have put the policy that after virtual period the employee will go on loss of pay for some period and LOP Period got over their employment will be terminated from the company
