SBI Card Voted India's Most Trusted Brand in Reader's Digest Asia Trusted Brands 2009 Survey

SBI Card has been voted as the most trusted brand in Reader’s Digest Asia Trusted Brands 2009 Survey for the second year in a row.

Reader’s Digest Asia Trusted Brands Survey was launched in 1999 and has been carried out annually for the past ten years. The survey reflects Asian consumers’ choice of their most trusted and favorite brands among the thousands available in the market. Administered by research company, Nielsen, this year’s survey was conducted in Asia across 8 markets and 43 categories.

We have diligently worked towards bringing in new technologies and service offerings to augment our customers’ experiences. The Reader’s Digest award is a validation of our customer focus.”

Over the years, SBI Card has won many awards including being ranked number 2 in a Business World customer satisfaction survey in 2007and in the CNBC Awaaz consumer awards in 2007 and 2008.

Starting with the SBI Classic and the International Card in the late 1990s and early 2000s, SBI Card today has an impressive array of products ranging from the SBI Platinum Card, SBI Gold & More Card to the unique partnership cards such as the TATA Card – India’s first multi-brand coalition loyalty program as well as the SBI Railway Card – a card for frequent rail travellers. In addition to these, the partnership card suite also includes the SBI SpiceJet Card and the SBI Dena Bank Card.

SBI Card is the only credit card company in India that offers 10 easy payment options for its customers including innovative payment options like the PayNet – for online payment of SBI Card dues, 24x7 payment kiosk and PayCash, where cardholders can pay in cash for their credit card bills through Easy Bill outlets.
