| I took a personnel loan from TCA Leh main branch.it was said that for dsp loan the borrower will get 0.5% concession in interest.but the percentage percentage is not decreased and when i took the loan the interest was 13.25% but after 2 months it was 14.25%.kindly take neccessary action please my dsp account number is 20037601783.and loan account no is-31673467810.Thanking you,

| sir, I have dsp act at Rudrapryag branch, uttarakhand.i took car loan from HDFC bank Rs, 152000/-and also given 36 blank cheque of SBI ac/20015913379. . now iam going to premature pension.after going pension my act wil be closed, so will they deduct all sum once or can pay by monthly instalment. |

| I've opened a DSP A/c with SBI,HAL Branch (01114),Bangalore last year. Though the scheme promises of free cheque books and free demand drafts, the above mentioned branch has still charged for the cheque books,as well as they charge normal exchange rates for the D/Ds made at their branch inspite of repeatedly telling them about the scheme. Strangely they act surprised and unaware of the scheme and it's features.What do you suggest,we should do avail the facilities. |

| I have opened SBI DSP Account 010599379885 with SBI Branch Behror Rajasthan Code No 5945. At the time of opening of account I have issued with single ATM Card and additonal ATM Card for spouse and multicity cheque book will be issued by your HQ. But still the both the items have not been issued by your Branch. The Branch manager said that this facility not available on this branch. I want to ask from you that this facility you give only selected branches so are near in army areas as clear by Branch Manager of SBI Behror (Raj) Code No 5948. He told me that we not issue to second ATM on this account because our branch is not in this cratria. |

I have only one ATM card,another card application submittted reaptedly at my branch but my branches workers are not accepted the second card application. | Recently I changed my account to DSP account because of which I am not able to withdraw more than Rs.5000 with the help of my ATM card.I am posted outside and have my account in my home town Indiranagar, Lucknow and hence I generally access my account with my ATM card which I am not able to do right now. | i have a DSP account at PB branch Janakpuri Delhi.They promised a credit card,. necessary documents prepared on nov 09, occasionally the authorities enquiring about the credit card ,but still today no card issued . |

| Respected Sir,Iam serving in indian army my running account is defence salary accunt since nov 2009 I apply to personal loan from jan 2010 the bank manager told me you come after one month than i gone on next month he asked come on after 15 days than i will go he personal loan form given to me mar 01 the form comlete and submit 10 mar 2010 the assist manager shall come to the office and take to coy cdr the coy cdr said now the payment procudure record to bank so no link for unit so the bank not saction loan for me now what can i do .because i am suffring from some domestic problem please sir you kind consideration and favorable action please11999 |

My self sujit singh and i had opened a DSP a/c No 20052230423 in PBB Janakpuri (04208), Pankha Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 17/18 Nov 09.
Its a long time but I did not received any atm card nor cheque book or nor pass book. I had complained in your customer care centre my complain ticket No CC-1263226926605. But I did not received any reply or response from your side or the bank side. Pl do the needful action at the earliest thats I enable me to send my account No and a copy of cheque book to my PAO (OR). Thank you

YOu can convert the existing account into DSP .You have to give application alongwith the Id Proof and serving ceritfcate.In case of any difficulty you may please visit the branch. |

| Sir, I am holding an SB account at SBI. I applied two times my normal saving single account as DSP acct and cheque book. But till date i not received 2nd ATM card and Cheque book.
My saving acct number is 30859315104 and CIF number is 85596788044 opened on 25 Aug 2009 at SBI-Sadar branch, Jabalpur (MP) 482001. I,Hav Dobariya Chandulal Kanjibhai; Unit-HQ 1 STC (No-1 CTTB), Jabalpur (MP).
Branch Manager states that you will got it immediately but two months lapsed over, no any reply found sofar.
Kindly do needfull as your earliest.

I am indeed very proud of u people but i've one problem that's my present account is in Induslnd Bank and this bank also launch this scheme for Army personnel however there is no sufficient branches of this bank in India. how can it be possible to have account in this bank. sir i wonna open my account in SBI Bank. |

definatly u can, what u do is just write an application to that branch that u want to change ur account to DSP but officer rank and seal is essential that will only prove that u belongs to army. |

This is indeed a good step by SBI to open defence salary ac.But most of the branches are not aware of this scheme,are not opening the ac,probably they require to be updated with latest information and news circulated by the department. |

The only thing the officer is to do is to open and see the scheme. However, certain branches where salaries are paid to working army personnel, are fully equipped and active.
